beautiful facade various options excellent service original features
The hotel boasts a beautiful facade. breakfast provides many options. the location is great for walks. staff provide excellent service. i found my stay pleasant. the house had original features. everything was impeccably clean. the staff were very attentive. Nothing proved a bother.
the room heating didn't stay on for too long.

the hotel provides easy access to the city center. this makes exploring very simple. the area offers a beautiful neighborhood. one finds it quiet and relaxed. public transportation is very accessible for longer trips.

The staff were very friendly. they provide a cute atmosphere. their attention to detail was really good. june greeted us warmly on arrival. the team seemed proud of their service. That was a big plus.

vegetarian sausage friendly staff unfriendly landlady poor wifi
the breakfast had really good vegetarian sausage and lovely coffee! staff members were friendly! especially jeans and the chef. i was very welcomed on my visit.
the landlady wasn't particularly friendly! she totally ignored me on one occasion. wifi was very hit and miss. it applied twice.

fantastic stay!
free parking helpful service
i found the complimentary toiletries were a really nice touch. the hotel also provided free parking, a huge plus for me since i drove. i could explore with peace of mind knowing my car was safe. the staff provided quick and helpful service.
the wi-fi signal in my room was weak i experienced some connectivity issues .

The hotel has tastefully furnished rooms (newly restored). The lounge and dining room maintained the Victorian building style. I found the free enclosed car parking a definite plus. The location is a short walk from the city center.
The breakfast portions were smaller than I expected, though the quality was acceptable.

Excellent Stay
spacious room modern bathroom local sausage
The double room was spacious and clean. i appreciated the modern bathroom. It featured two sinks. breakfast included locally sourced bacon and sausages. There was a very generous portion. i liked that the car park was just around the back of the building.
The stairway to get to my room was steep. It was a bit hard to navigate with luggage.
